Is there a way to synch over the "modified time" at the target to be the same as source every time I do a backup from the source?  Thanks for the great program.

Do you mean with notes sent over the network?  I'm not sure how that relates to a backup - could you explain a little more please?

No, what I mean is:

When performing the backup using this tool, the directories/files at the destination will have the timestamp at the time of the backup.  Is there a way to replicate the timestamp of the source so that the destination directories/files have the same timestamp as the source?

Ah, got you, you're referring to Bart.

No, I'm afraid not, the file attributes don't get copied along with their contents.
