Letters / Symbols instead of icons after upgrade to v10

HI! I upgraded to v10 and I don't think the icons are supposed to look like this... Was using portable setup but this behavior also exists with a full, default install. New laptop with Windows 10 1909, too.

meh. it's only cosmetic.

Strange thing, this, the font you need is embedded in Stickies, and so what you're seeing should never happen.
