Hi,

normally this is automatically set up by Stickies itself at installation.
This is done creating a shortcut to stickies executable in "global" Startup menu : C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
Maybe it could be created in the "personal startup" In case you chose a "personal installation"  : C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

If you removed this shortcut, you only have to recreate it manually... since (and I've been surprised of that !) it seems there is no option in Stickies to manage autostart.
Or you can also de-install and re-installl stickies.
