Possible to have all stickies hidden upon startup?

I like to access my stickies when required and not always have them on display.

Currently, upon each start, I right-click on the system tray icon and select 'Show / Hide all'.

Is there a way to have all stickies hidden upon startup?

I could not find any option anywhere in Settings, unfortunately.
