Shadow under the notes : have an option at Skin level Empty Shadow under the notes : have an option at Skin level

To be able to have a shadow under notes and stacks is most of the time a great feature.
But with some skins, it would be better to DO NOT have this shadow, even if "globally" set.

Please add an option in Skins (and in Skinner as well...) to be able to force this option to Yes or No for a given skin, whatever its global value.
