PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS AN AUTOSAVE OR SOMETHIGN SIMILAR FEATURE? WHY WOULD THAT NOT BE A THING WHEN IT IS ON EVERYTHING ELSE IN 2018...?

The information in your stickies will be there when you log back on or restart your computer. Stickies has a very robust backup system which you can read about in the Stickies help file. It is also recommended that you take your own backups and save them off the computer. I email my backups to myself periodically.
