OnTop and windows Z-order

There have been some posts about stickies ontop problems . This blogpost is a good insight in the new way windows is using the ontop or z-order . I do not think it will be usefull for stickies because it seems microsoft has not made it avaiable for third party code ( at least without hacking the system...) but it is interesting to see the complexity that is now introduced .
