Can't scroll on the stickies

I used to be able to scroll on long stickies just using my mouse wheel, now I can't do it even with the scroll bars, and I can't resize it. 
I re-installed the stickies on two computers, and it's doing the same on both. I can't figure out what the problem is. I do have a skin installed: fff_cpr_1 skin
But I was able to do it before with the same skin. Please help?

Did you try setting the default skin to the sticky and enabling scollbars ? You can set to a small size of the sticky using shift+ctrl+x  ( if sticky is larger than the text no scollbar is visible )
Do you see a scrollbar in the default skin and scrolling is ok ?

Scrolling works on the default, just not on any skin I have. Settings are all correct.

Can you grab the bottom and drag the bottom edge up?
 If so - does a Scroll Bar toggle on FFF?

Ok, yes, it works only on new stickies. I will have to copy all of my saved stickies into new ones now. That still doesn't seem right, or is it?

Spook, to reply to the last question, no, the old stickies cannot be resized from bottom to top in any way, just sideways. I have to completely shrink the text to even be able to look at the whole stickie. Toggling the scroll bar does nothing. It appears but the buttons don't work.  I can't even scroll down using the cursor. I can go down every line and it just disappears at the bottom.

from the helpfile :     Holding Control as you start to drag a sticky creates an exact copy of the sticky .

Maybe you can try and see if the new copy has the same problem , there is also a setting in the traymenu for desktop stickies .

Ya, Set all/ScrollBars on or Left-Click Title-Bar/Scrollbar is the fix.

Using FFF...1 as default is correct, recommend when necessary use Set skin.../FFF...2 which provides for the execution of every command in a Stickie, the above is noted as the menu buttons "NO SCROLL" and "SCROLL".
