Caffeine Minutes Remaining Shows Incorrect Value

I noticed that recently Caffeine has shown incorrect information in the tooltip when hovering over the icon in the Windows system tray. For example, 30 minutes ago I set Caffeine to remain active for one hour. I just checked it by hovering to see how many minutes remain, and it says
   Caffeine: Will go inactive in 58 minutes(s)
when the correct value should be
   Caffeine: Will go inactive in 30 minutes(s)

I'm using the latest Windows version, v1.81

SReese caught up with me by email and we've been discussing this privately - but for the benefit of anyone reading this, the problem seems to be with Windows not setting a tooltip.  Caffeine does set the tip as the time changes - but Windows doesn't seem to be behaving.

It's also intermittent, which is especially annoying :/
