Please consider accommodating Google Drive in Stickies.

Google Drive works with Stickies "Transfer file". 

Maintain current Stickies (Send to file, Copy to file & Import from file) "Transfer file". (LOCAL TRANSFERS)

Maintain current Stickies Friends... (Intra-Organizational network)

Add selection in current Stickies Friends... for Google Drive with Google Drive specific Properties for Friend.

Accommodate Intra-Organizational network and one Google Drive Stickies "Transfer file" per Friend.

Allow Grouping of Intra-Organizational network Friends with Google Drive Friends. (Send to both as desired)

NOTE:
Google Drive controls Access and Permissions to others.
