Blank Stickies

I'm using stickies v6.5a. My desktop stickies are suddenly all blank.  I rebooted a couple times and closed/reopened stickies but they are still all blank. ANy ideas?

The only post i can remember that reported this problem was caused when the  text  color( for some reason ...) was set to the background color of the sticky .

If you use Ctrl + a  to select all text it should become visible due to the highlighting.

You can also check the " Manage Stickies "  traymenu option to see the content of your desktop stickies to verify if text is still there.

You could probably try using System Restore to go back to a time that your data was all present and correct?

Whether you get it back or not, I'd suggest changing to a more recent version of Stickies.  There have been a lot of changes since 6.5a (released 12 years ago!) to help avoid data file problems.
