Minimize Window in Manage Stickies... ( - ) Symbol

My current personal project has required that I utilize  Manage Stickies...extensively.

Manage Stickies... seems to work OK concurrently with the desk-top Stickies and Stacks.

Minimizing the Manage Stickies... window would allow greater access to the desk-top Stickies and Stacks.

I also use Manage Stickies extensively (this is why I recently posted a few "feature requests" dealing with it).
@SPOOK, your suggestion therefore can be helpful for me too if implemented.
Until then I open it quickly with a keyboard shortcut (Settings > hotkeys).

I mean, we can already see minimize button in the Manage Notes window, but that button just inactive.
Please, make minimize button active!
